Itinerary (Day by Day)

The package includes return economy airfare with Airlink from Johannesburg to Lusaka Airport. 

Upon arrival in Lusaka, you will be met by our representative, who will accompany you to the light aircraft for your flight to the Royal Airstrip in the Lower Zambezi (departing at 10h00, arriving at 10h30). As you approach the Zambezi Valley, you will see the massive river and its game-rich floodplains far into the distance. On arrival at Royal Airstrip, you’ll be transferred to the camp, where you will stay for three nights.

Make the most of the game activities offered at the camp – morning and afternoon game driveswalking safariscanoes, and sunset boat trips on the Zambezi River all ensure your wildlife viewing is nothing short of spectacular. The best way to take in the splendour of the Lower Zambezi is by canoe, drifting along the Zambezi River amid the enigmatic hippos. Try your hand at tiger fishing or relax at the pool and let the animals come to you at the river below. Overnight 3 more nights:

Stretching along the northern banks of the Zambezi River and covering about 4,092 km², this park is renowned for its scenic riverfront and abundant wildlife. The floodplains and woodlands host elephants, buffalo, lions, leopards, and hippos, while the river itself teems with crocodiles, fish, and birdlife. Canoe safaris and boat cruises offer unique opportunities to view animals up close against the backdrop of the Zambezi Escarpment.
