A 2,578 km² grassland park that is part of the greater Makgadikgadi basin. Nxai Pan is famed for the cluster of ancient Baines Baobabs and a wet-season zebra migration (Dec–Mar) when temporary water turns the pans into a wildlife and birding hotspot.
